Next Stage Ready to Go at Peel’s Retreat The much anticipated second stage release of Peel’s Retreat – the boutique 142 lot development located in a protected bush land setting above Peel Estuary off the Old Coast Road, is finally here.
A pre-release of 8 unique lots from the Stage 2a will be available 22 February 2014. These fully serviced traditional lots, including natural gas, range in size from 703 – 839 m2. They are priced between $175,000 – $190,000.
A total of 26 lots are in Stage 2a and titles for this stage will be available in July/ August 2014.
Since its initial release of 46 lots, interest in Peel’s Retreat has been strong. Only 4 lots remain in Stage 1 – these lots are priced between $170,000 and $240,000.
Located just over an hour from Perth City, minutes away from Mandurah and with direct Estuary access, these newest lots to be released will not be on the open market for long.
