At the recent 2017 Housing Industry Association (HIA) CSR South West Housing Awards, Proliving Design & Construction were winners in two categories: Townhouse / Villa of the Year, and Townhouse / Villa Development of the Year for their townhouse development in Spinnaker Boulevard, Port Geographe – as part of the Marina Bay development by Perth based developer Heath Development Company.
They were also finalists in the popular category of Custom Built Home ($750,000 – $1,000,000)
ProLiving Design & Construction now progress as finalists into the Western Australian Housing Awards. The winners will be announced at the 2017 HIA – CSR Western Australian Housing Awards on Friday 24 November 2017 at Frasers in Kings Park.
This is not the first accolade from HIA for the Busselton based builder, winning the South West Home of the Year last year. They have also been recognised by Master Builders Association as a builder and designer of excellence.
ProLiving Design & Construction Director Anthony Waugh said that ‘the beauty of this project was the design flexibility our client provided us which enabled the design team to show the flair and innovation that has made it an outstanding development. We were able to introduce many new products not utilised in the past, which provided us with the point of difference and what separates this development from others’.
