The second Stage of Peel’s Retreat, a boutique land development of 147 lots located in a protected bush land setting above Peel Estuary off the Old Coast Road Mandurah has just been released.
Stage 2A comprised of 26 fully serviced traditional sized lots – all with natural gas, wide frontages and high speed internet service. These lots range in price from $165,000 – $235,000 and are sized between 703 and 1141 square meters. A select eight lots from Stage 2A were pre-released in February 2014 to strong buyer demand and seven have already been sold.
Titles for Stage 2A are anticipated in late July 2014.
Peel’s Retreat is nestled in a natural bush land setting, with Peel Inlet to the east and the Indian Ocean to the west. The Mandurah CBD is minutes away, and the Estuary is 300 meters away via pedestrian access.
