Xmas 2011 Harbour Life Newsletter

2011 has been a busy year for us at Oyster Harbour, and we wanted to share some of our achievements with you:

A huge thanks to WA Country Builders, contractors and suppliers who donated their time, supplies and materials for such a worthy project.  

Designed by Willcox & Associates Architects and built by Chadwick Builders, these townhouses are located overlooking the man-made lake and boardwalks were all occupied within a month of their release 

         •             New round about and estate entry

The new round about on Lower King Road adjacent to the Hooper Road intersection has just been completed, and works on the new estate entry have now commenced. We expect the new entrance to be ready early 2012.

          •             New Stage – Stage 2b

Stage 2b will commence construction once the new entrance is completed and will comprise 51 fully serviced building sites.

We are pleased to say that Oyster Harbour is now on realestate.com.au - check us out for updates on what is for sale, especially our newly furnished houses.

We will be available via appointment from 21 December 2011 until 6 January 2012.
