Perth’s Newest Beachside Suburb just got even Better

Jindalee Beachside Estate is one of Perth’s most prestigious and popular land developments in the northern suburbs with fantastic ocean views, great sized blocks and close proximity to recreational facilities and other amenities. The estate can now boast beach access and landscaped parks, making it the ‘must have’ choice for savvy land purchasers and investors.

Coming up at Jindalee Beachside Estate is the release this month of 6 front- loaded cottage blocks in close proximity to the commercial centre on Marmion Avenue.   These select blocks are sized between 277 and 379 square meters and priced $245,000 - $285,000. House and land packages are also available in this release. 
 
Construction on Stage 15 will commence later this month, which will provide 20 traditional sized blocks only 200m from the beach.
