Jindalee Beach Open for Business
The wait for the much publicised beach access for the residents of Jindalee Beachside Estate and Brighton is finally over. The boardwalk and stairs leading to the beach, as well as the lookout is now open, providing a much needed public swim area for the surrounding residents.
Since its completion in late December 2009, the area has been a popular swim spot for the locals, and by mid February 2010 all the surrounding landscaping will be finalised and ready to be enjoyed by all.
Public dog beach access continues to be available south of Jindalee, at Quinns Beach.
For buyers who want to get even closer to Perth’s newest beachside location, 31 select lots will be released on 16th January 2010 – all within 200 meters of this fantastic beach access.
These select lots range in price from $385,000 to $500,000, and range in size from 570 – 838 square meters. Most of these lots are 700 square meters and above.
