The remaining 22 lots in Stage Four of Peel’s Retreat land development has just been released.  This follows on from the initial eight lot released from Stage Four in January 2018 that was met with a high level of interest.

Peel’s Retreat is a boutique land development of 147 lots located in a protected bush land setting off the Old Coast Road, Mandurah. The Peel Estuary is 500m away, the beach is two km, and the Mandurah CBD is 12 minutes drive.  There is also an IGA and boat ramp close by and two primary schools around the corner, making this location ideal to live amongst nature, whilst being able to easily access all of the necessary amenities.

All of the 22 lots in the new release are sized over 700m2, with the largest lot being 1449m2, and the average lot size 900m2.

These average price of these lots is $143,500 and prices range from $138,000 – 170,000.

All lots are cleared of natural vegetation and have varying slopes.  They are fully serviced including natural gas and optic fibre cabling, and are subject to Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) ratings.
